Delivery Policy
PlayVideo.AI is a fully digital platform. All purchases — including subscription plans and credit packages — are delivered electronically upon successful payment confirmation.
There is no physical shipment involved.
Upon completing your purchase:
- Subscription plans: Your account is upgraded immediately, and all features become available without delay.
- Credit packages: Credits are added to your account balance and are available for use immediately.
Delivery is considered complete once credits or subscription access are visible in your account dashboard.
If your purchase is not reflected in your account within 15 minutes, please contact us at team@playvideo.ai, and we will assist you promptly.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided once credits have been used or services have been consumed.
However, refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Duplicate or accidental transactions
- Technical errors that prevent delivery of purchased credits or access to services
- Verified platform issues that make the service inaccessible for an extended period
- Requests made within 7 days of purchase, provided that no credits from the purchase have been used
To request a refund, please contact team@playvideo.ai with your account email, order ID, and a brief description of the issue.
We review all requests individually and aim to respond within 3 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Return Policy
PlayVideo.AI does not sell physical goods. All products are digital services and access-based features.
As such, returns are not applicable.
If you experience issues with the service, please contact our support team — we are happy to assist and resolve any problems.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under:
Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan
Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made after the current period ends
- No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time
Any separately purchased credits remain in your account and are not affected by subscription cancellation.
