What is PlayVideo.AI?

PlayVideo.AI is an all-in-one creative studio for AI-generated video, image, and audio. One account gives you access to every model — text-to-image, text-to-video, voice generation and cloning, lipsync, video upscaling, dance and avatar effects, and more — through a single credit-based membership. What AI tools are included?

Every plan includes full access to all tools: AI image generation (Standard and Pro), AI video generation (up to 15 seconds, up to 1080p), voice generation and cloning, lipsync, music generation, dance AI effects, avatar FX, video upscaling, and video merge/extend. See all tools on the effects page. New models are added regularly at no extra cost.

How do credits work?

Credits are the unit of generation on PlayVideo.AI. Each image, video, or audio output consumes a fixed number of credits based on the model, duration, and resolution. For example, a standard AI image costs 10 credits and a 5-second 720p video costs 17 credits. Hover the ⓘ icon above the pricing cards for the full per-feature breakdown.

How many images or videos can I generate?

It depends on what you create. A Start subscription (75 credits/month) gives you roughly 7 standard images or 4 short videos per month. The Go plan (250 credits) and Premium plan (500 credits) scale up accordingly. You can always add a top-up pack if you need more mid-month.

Is my subscription automatically renewed?

Yes. Monthly subscriptions renew on the same date each month using your saved payment method. You can manage or cancel the auto-renewal anytime from your account area. See full billing details in our Terms of Service.

Can I change or cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like from your account area. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle, and you keep full access until the end of the current period. More detail on cancellation and refunds is in our Fulfillment Policies and Terms of Service.

How can I purchase extra credits?

If you have an active subscription and run out of credits mid-month, you can buy a one-time top-up pack on this pricing page. Top-ups are available in Start (150 credits), Go (1,000 credits), and Premium (3,500 credits) sizes at a lower per-credit rate than the base subscription.

Do credits expire or roll over?

Credits from both subscriptions and top-up packs never expire while your account is active. Unused subscription credits carry over to the next month, so nothing you paid for goes to waste. Full rules are in our Fulfillment Policies.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe. Payments are PCI-DSS compliant and we never store your card details on our servers — see our Security and Privacy Policy pages for more on how we handle payment data.

Do I own what I create?

Yes. Every plan — including the Start plan and all top-up packs — includes a full commercial use license for everything you generate. You can use your creations in personal projects, client work, advertising, and products without additional royalties.
